Simon Bourne
After years in software and automation, I noticed something: the independent practices I worked with — solo dentists, small law firms, independent optometrists, fee-only advisors — were completely invisible to AI. They had strong local reputations, but when customers asked ChatGPT or Perplexity for recommendations, they didn't exist. I started Manta AEO to fix that, specifically for the practices that don't have a marketing department to lean on. BigLaw and the wirehouses have PR teams. The ones I care about don't — so Manta gets built for here.
